The

The Ministry Team

Revd
Debra Dyson

Vicar &
Ministry Team Leader

Hi, I'm smiling because being vicar of Wigginton is great!
According to the comedian Milton Jones, Christianity is like a Cornish Pasty; there is something in it, but sometimes it's difficult to find out what it is exactly!
It's good to try to find out together.
Namaste,
Debra

Revd
Rowan Davies

Associate Minister

I have lived in the parish all my life and have worked as Associate Minister in
Wigginton Parish for
around 13 years.
I love serving here.
I can often be spotted
around Gillway walking my two dogs or up on my allotment by
Flax Hill
in summer.

Revd
Vic Morris

Associate Minister

The people of Wigginton
are great and it's a
privilege to serve here.

Revd
Liz Mills

NSM Curate

I am the newest member of the Ministry Team at Wigginton and I have found a wonderful welcome amongst the people here. I was ordained in Lichfield Cathedral on July Ist 2017. It was a wonderful occasion and I am so looking forward to serving now at St. Leonard's and St. James in this part of Tamworth.

Pippa Steedman

Lay Prayer Minister

I am an authorised Lay Prayer Minister and I have found it a privilege to meet with people
when they have asked for
guidance on any
aspect of prayer or simply
to pray with them.
l am always looking for opportunities to explore exciting and different ways of praying and to make
prayer open to everyone.
I look forward to meeting you
when you visit.

Angela Bate

Licensed Reader

I became a Reader in
September 2007.
My role in this licensed
lay ministry is to share with the clergy in leading worship,
preaching sermons,
praying and reading the Bible
in the services in church.

Suzanne Burgon

Lay Pastoral Minister

Hi, I have been a Lay Pastoral Minister since 2010 and, following my move to Wigginton, have recently been licensed at St. Leonard's to work in our Parish.
I am looking forward to heading up a small pastoral team and between us we will soon be able to offer regular support to those who are in need by telephone and/or home visits.
